Windows 7 Activation?

Ok, this is just awesome.

I upgraded my wife's Windows XP computer to Windows 7 yesterday. I must say Windows 7 is nice. It looks good, and sped up her computer quite a bit.

Unfortunately, even though I purchased a legit copy of the software, I don't know how to activate it.

Check out this dialog I get whenever I try to activate the software.

It tells me I need to "type an administrator password" and click "Yes" to activate.
But there is NOWHERE to enter anything in this dialog, and the Yes button is ghosted out.

I am logged on using an administrator account, by the way.

Nice.

I wonder what happens when my "activation" period is over?

Castello di Amorosa

Next we visited a winery I had never heard of - it's actually an authentic Italian castle! This castle is 8 levels (4 of them are underground) and 121,000 square feet. It was built by Dario Satturi and the attention to detail is amazing. The wine tasting room is under the castle. I highly recommend visiting here if you are ever in Napa Valley!

Sterling Vineyards in Napa

My family and I did a tour of Napa Valley this week. Our first stop was Sterling Vineyards. You take a gondola up to the winery tour. And there are some amazing views up there!

Can Google GMaps Pass Ebay for Uniques in 2010?

Greg Sterling posted a Hitwise list of the Top 10 Sites for 2009. It showed ebay.com at the number 10 spot. According to Compete, Google Maps is approaching Ebay and if it can sustain its growth, might even pass them in the coming year even without the Yelp volume.
